mail0.vip provides a temporary (disposable) email service: you may generate a random or custom temporary email address to receive messages. Temporary addresses are time-limited and cannot be accessed again after expiry or loss.
2. Eligibility and Lawful-Use Commitment
- You must ensure you have the legal right to the content you send or receive through the Service, or have obtained necessary authorization;
- You must comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including anti-spam, data protection and intellectual-property rules;
- Using the Service means you have read and agree to these Terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service to send or receive any unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, phishing or malware-containing content;
- Running spam campaigns, abusing free quotas, bulk registering or automatically scraping the Service interfaces;
- Using the Service to evade bans, impersonate others or infringe any third party's legitimate rights;
- Processing others' passwords, card numbers, ID numbers or other sensitive personal information through the temporary mailbox.
4. Addresses and Message Retention
- Temporary addresses are assigned randomly by the system or customized by you, and may be reassigned to others after expiry or recycling; do not use them to bind important accounts;
- We do not guarantee delivery, retention duration, completeness or timeliness of messages, which may be purged at any time and cannot be recovered;
- Do not send verification codes or notifications of banking, social or work accounts to the temporary mailbox.
5. Account and Membership Plans
- You may use the Service without registration, or register an account to enjoy longer retention, higher quotas and other membership benefits;
- The quotas, prices and benefits of each plan are as shown on the site;
- You should keep your account and password safe and are responsible for all actions under your account.
6. Billing, Payment and Refunds
- Fees are deducted from your balance when incurred, priced in CNY, and converted at the displayed exchange rate for non-default-language sites;
- Balance after top-up is for consuming the Service only; please use it promptly;
- For tasks billed on success, failed processing is automatically refunded to your balance.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is"; we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or guaranteed delivery. We are not liable for any loss arising from the temporary and public nature of the mailbox, or from your breach of these Terms or improper use, including but not limited to message loss and information leakage; any legal consequences from your use of the Service are borne by you.
8. Intellectual Property
The software, interface and content of the Service (except the information you submit) are owned by us; you retain rights to your submitted content and warrant it does not infringe any third party's legitimate rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept them, and material changes will be indicated via site announcements.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation of and disputes under these Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the Service is operated; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court.
